WoW Forever professions and camping
Professions are intended to matter throughout a Forever character’s journey, rather than only at the level cap. Camping is the clearest new piece of that plan.
Campsites
Players can create a campsite in the outdoor world. The reported setup includes vendor, repair, tradeskill workspace, and buff utility. Profession objects can add a campsite benefit, but a campsite buff does not stack with the matching class buff.
Recipes and leveling
Wowhead reports more than 600 new recipes across professions and level ranges, along with revisions to existing recipes. Treat that count as a snapshot until Blizzard or the client confirms the final recipe list.
Gathering early
A low-level quest is reported to offer a choice of Herbalism, Mining, or Skinning manual. That can make gathering a practical first profession for a new character, especially if you want materials for a later craft.
Legacy connection
Profession milestones at 150, 225, and 300 are reported to award Legacy progress. Legacy is account-wide progression, so it is worth checking before choosing which trades to raise on an alt.
